John S. Watrous (died 1897) was a politician from Minnesota Territory, a member of the Republican Party, and a former member of the Minnesota Territory House of Representatives, representing St. Louis County, Minnesota. Watrous was the ninth and final Speaker of the Minnesota Territory House of Representatives, a position he held from 1857 until just before Minnesota was officially admitted as a state.[1]

Watrous died in 1897.
