The Johnson City Police Department is the law enforcement agency of the City of Johnson City, Tennessee.
Department Organization
The Johnson City Police Department is headed by the Chief of Police, who is assisted by two Majors, with various Captains, Lieutenants, and Sergeants who command various units throughout the department and act as shift commanders. The Chief of Police reports to the City Manager.
