The Joseph Hardy House is a historic late First Period house at 69 King Street in Groveland, Massachusetts. According to local history, the 2.5 story center chimney wood frame house was built about 1720 by Joseph Hardy, which is supported by analysis of the construction techniques used. It is an relatively infrequent instance of plank frame construction which is not usually found in the region. One half of the leanto section, giving the house a saltbox appearance, was added sometime later in the 18th century; the other was added early in the 20th century.[2]

The house was listed (incorrect at 93 King Street) on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.[1]
