"Just Like Honey" is a song by the Scottish alternative rock band The Jesus and Mary Chain from their 1985 debut album Psychocandy. The track was released as the third single from the record through Blanco y Negro Records in September 1985. The song was written by band members William Reid and Jim Reid.

The song was featured in the closing scene of the 2003 film, Lost In Translation. It was also featured in the 2008 Norwegian film The Man Who Loved Yngve, the 2014 film The Curse of Styria, as well as a 2011 Volkswagen advertisement campaign. The beginning of the song features the opening drum riff of The Ronettes' "Be My Baby".[1]

The song was featured on the 2013 indie-pop compilation album Scared to Get Happy: A Story of Indie-Pop 1980-1989.

Chart performance

The single reached number 45 on the UK Singles Chart.[2]
