KDK Factory is an international film production and multimedia distribution company. It began by producing short films and then moved to feature-length documentary productions of which 16 Days in Afghanistan is the most known and Mohsen Makhmalbaf's The Gardener being the most recent.

The company mainly produces and distributes documentaries for a number of non-profit organizations that deal with a variety of issues, such as human rights, the African American civil rights movement, women equality and universal education.

In 2009, the company produced a film about the life of a Muslim-American Azim Khamisa who chose to forgive his son's murderer and the events that surrounded that true inspiring story. It was produced in association with the Tariq Khamisa Foundation.[1]

In 2011, it produced a series of shorts and web spots for the Miracle Babies Foundation which was started by a doctor from the CNN Heros TV series.[2]

In 2012, the company celebrated its 10th anniversary with a production status of 20 film and five multimedia projects over those years.

In 2013, the company distributed Mohsen Makhmalbaf's feature film, The Gardener in theatrically in North America along with a number of other films via VOD.
