Keith Brown (born March 16, 1967) was a technical author on Microsoft Windows security issues. He wrote the SSPI workbench tool.

Brown was the security columnist for MSDN Magazine for several years starting in 1998 (back when the magazine was called Microsoft Systems Journal). Brown cofounded Pluralsight, a leading provider of online training for technical professionals, where he was Chief Technology Officer for many years before retiring to a board position.
