Political career
Kirk McDonough, registered Democrat, also former Council member. Kirk questioned the placing of concrete plant in a flood zone "I don't understand why a concrete plant would go in a flood zone," Kirk was attending his first meeting since the council appointed him to complete the term of at-large member Michael A. Pisaturo.[1]
Kirk McDonough finished last in the race for Edwards District 2.[2] Kirk McDonough ran for House District Committee.[3] Kirk McDonough ran and lost to Jeffrey P. Barone in the Cranston Ward 6 election in 2006.[4] Kirk McDonough supported John Edwards and his candidacy for the President of the United States.[5] Kirk Mcdonough was elected to the executive board of the Cranston Democratic City.[6] Kirk McDonough and Cranston, R.I., were in an uproar over the front lawn of City Hall.[7]

Kirk McDonough was the Skill Development Program District Administrator for the New England District of USAHockey.[8]
