Lawrence H. "Larry" Toffler (born February 6, 1963) is an actor and American game show host who was 21 years old and working as a tour guide at Universal Studios Hollywood (after a successful stint at the Bennigans in Englewood, NJ) when he was given the job of hosting Finders Keepers.[1] He hosted the syndicated edition for one season before the show moved back to Nickelodeon with reruns of both his version and the Nickelodeon version with Wesley Eure.
Toffler was later a contestant on several game shows, including Greed and Debt. On October 14, 2002 he appeared on Russian Roulette (but was eliminated in Round 2), then appeared on Catch-21 on July 1, 2009 (he busted himself in Round 1, but won the game and $1,000 in the bonus round). Although this made him one of a few game show hosts to have been both a contestant and a host, Toffler's appearances differ from the rest as all of his contestant appearances came after he was a host as opposed to before he became one.
Toffler also appeared in bit roles on Monk and Joey. He currently runs a live interactive game company.[citation needed]
