Latanoprost/timolol (trade name Xalacom) is a combination drug used in glaucoma, consisting of latanoprost (increasing the outflow of aqueous fluid from the eyes (through the uveal-scleral tract[1]) and timolol (a beta blocker decreasing the production of aqueous fluid).
