The Licensing Executives Society International, or LES International (LESI, or formally "LES International, Inc."),[1] is a not for profit, non-political, umbrella organisation [1] having 32 national and regional member societies,[2] interested in technology transfers or licensing of intellectual property rights. It was founded in 1965 in the United States.[1] As of 2011, LESI had "more than 10,000 individual members, including representatives of companies, scientists, engineers, academicians, governmental officials, lawyers, patent and trademark attorneys, and consultants".[2]

LESI publishes a quarterly journal called les Nouvelles.[3] In 2011, LESI launched an initiative to establish international standards for the valuation of intellectual property.[4]
