  8. ↑ Under Project Felstone, first C-47TP "TurboDak" unveiled August 1991 and completed by 1997 with production lines at AFB Swartkop and AFB Ysterplaat. Fleet constantly updated. 5 maritime patrol, 3 transport, 2 electronic warfare.
  9. ↑ Fitted with Denel infrared system under Project Koiler in 2008. Two lost in 2011 and 2014.[7][8]
  10. ↑ Primarily used as VIP transport.
