• On December 14, 2020, Leon Haley, Jr., 56-year-old CEO of UF Health Jacksonville, received the first COVID-19 available in the state of Florida. 7 months later, on July 26, 2021, he died in a jet ski crash in South Florida, according to law enforcement the jet ski was "out of control" and crashed into a jetty.

• On December 24, 2020, a 90-year-old female nursing home resident from Lucerne, Switzerland, became the first person in the country to receive the Pfizer/BioNTech coronavirus vaccine. Two days later, she complained of "urethral and abdominal pain" and her "blood pressure dropped and her pulse spiked". Five days later, on December 29, 2021, she died. Following an investigation, Swiss Agency for Therapeutic Products (Swissmedic) concluded "a connection between the death and the COVID-19 vaccination is highly unlikely". She previously suffered adverse reactions to an influenza vaccine.

• On December 28, 2020, a 75-year old man from Beit She'an, Israel received a Pfizer vaccination at 8:30 am at the Clalit Health Services clinic. Two hours later, he died of a heart attack. The Health Ministry reported "The man had preexisting conditions and had suffered from heart attacks in the past" and "The initial findings do not show a link between the man’s death and his vaccination".

• On December 29, 2020 or so, Janet L. Moore, a 39-year-old nurse aide at Admirals Pointe Nursing Home in Huron, Ohio, received a mandatory vaccination, believed to be Pfizer, for her job. She felt nauseated after receiving the vaccine. Within 48 hours, on December 31, 2021 around 8:00 pm, she died and was found unresponsive in a car outside her apartment complex.

• On December 30, 2021, Sonia Acevedo, a 41-year-old mother-of-two Portuguese surgical assistant health worker, received a Pfizer vaccine, confirmed by her employer, the Portuguese Institute of Oncology in Porto. Her father, Abilio Acevedo, reported she suffered no illness before the vaccination. On the early morning of January 1, 2021, she died. The Portuguese Institute of Oncology released a statement "The Board of Directors confirms the event and expresses sincere regret to family and friends in the certainty that this loss is also felt here". A press release Portuguese Ministry of Justice on January 5, 2021, claimed the autopsy "did not establish a direct relationship with the vaccine against Covid-19".

• On December 31, 2020, Julie Schlachter Splattstoesser, a 50-year-old Clinical Research Coordinator at CHI Health Cancer Treatment Center and mother of five from Grand Island, Nebraska, posted on Facebook she received her (Moderna) COVID-19 vaccine. The same day, she died. VAERS report 0918518-1 described a 50-year-old Nebraska woman experiencing an adverse event "syncopal episode - arrested - CPR - death" with cardio-respiratory arrest.

• On January 5, 2021, Hank Aaron, 86-year-old American baseball hall of famer, received a Moderna vaccination at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, in order to encourage African Americans and demonstrate vaccine safety, along with activist Joe Beasley, Andrew Young, and Louis Sullivan. Seventeen days later on January 22, 2021, he died in his sleep. His death was listed as due to natural causes and a statement from Fulton County medical examiner Karen Sullivan to AFP Fact Check said "There was no information suggestive of an allergic or anaphylactic reaction to any substance which might be attributable to recent vaccine distribution."

• On January 5, 2021, Tim Zook, a 60-year-old X-ray technician from in Orange, California, received his 2nd dose of Pfizer at the South Coast Global Medical Center in Santa Ana. He experienced abdominal pain and breathing difficulties within hours, and was put into a medically induced coma and ventilator on January 7, 2021. On January 8, 2021, his kidneys began failing, and on January 9, 2021, he experienced sudden respiratory or cardiac arrest, and died. Pfizer sent condolences to his family and released a statement: "Serious adverse events, including deaths that are unrelated to the vaccine, are unfortunately likely to occur at a similar rate as they would in the general population". His window, Rochelle Zook, said "I am not putting any blame on Pfizer or any other pharmaceutical company".

• On January 5, 2021, the Norwegian Medicines Agency (NoMA) received a report of two elderly deaths in Norway a few days after receiving the Comirnaty (BioNTech/Pfizer) BNT162b2 vaccine. Director Steiner Madsen said "Possibly, lethal cases will occur. We should estimate, whether or not the vaccine is the reason for death or it is a coincidence that it took place right after the vaccination".

• On January 10, 2021, Danee Dixon, a respiratory therapist, received her 2nd dose of Pfizer. She was immediately out of work for 10 days after experiencing severe headaches, cough and fever. Fever and cough went away, but headaches never did. In March she went to the emergency room for upper gastronomic problems. In April she was prescribed migraine medication, which was unsuccessful in treating her headaches. In May, she started having trouble speaking. In June, she intermittently lost her speech, experienced tremors in her fingers, and had difficulty walking.

• On January 11, 2021, Shannon Olsen, a 22-year-old Wisconsin newlywed healthcare worker, received her 2nd Pfizer mRNA vaccination. On March 27, 2021, she had 25 seizures. A neurologist confirmed brain inflammation. She posted "Some days are okay and I have two seizures and some days you can’t count the number I have because it is continuous all day. The last 7 months have been absolutely terrible to live through, my body hurts in ways I never knew it could. My Doctor says this is something I will probably live with the rest of my life.".

• On January 12, 2021 or January 13, 2021, Brittany Hall Perez, a 39-year-old mother from Woodstock, Georgia, updated her Facebook profile picture showing her vaccination card captioned "say yes to COVID-19 vaccine", indicating she received a Pfizer/BioNTech or Moderna vaccine. On January 13, 2021, she died.

• On January 15, 2021, it was reported Larry King, 87-year-old broadcasting giant, was to receive a vaccine while recovering when hospitalized from coronavirus, according to his son. Eight days later, on January 23, 2021, he died.

• On January 18, 2021, a breastfeeding mother received her first dose of the Moderna vaccine. Two days later on January 20, 2021, her healthy two-month old baby vomited blood and developed stomach ulcers. "Currently, I have no explanation for his stomach ulcer development and I feel that the close proximity to my first vaccination should be further evaluated.".

• On January 19, 2021, Haley Link Brinkmeyer, a 28-year-old physical therapist working at the North River Health Campus senior living facility in Evansville, Indiana, received the Pfizer/BioNTech or Moderna vaccine. Two days later, on January 21, 2021, she died. Her employer North River Health Campus posted "We are honored to be able to hold our first of three COVID Vaccine clinics today! Appropriately themed 'Shots of Hope'" on January 20, 2021.

• On January 20, 2021, Maddie de Garay, a 12-year-old girl from Ohio, received her 2nd dose of Pfizer at the Cincinnati Children's Hospital, as a clinical trial participant in the Gamble Vaccine Research Center. She felt pain in her arm, heart, and abdomen almost immediately, followed by heavy menstrual cycles, fainting, loss of bladder control, changes in vision, nine emergency room visits until July and a total of two months in hospitals. She is now paralyzed from the waist down. Her parents, Stephanie de Garay and Patrick de Garay, signed her for the clinical trial. On June 28, 2021, she attended a press conference with her mother held by U.S. Senator Ron Johnson, R-Wisconsin, for victims suffering adverse vaccine reactions.

• On January 28, 2021, Sara Beltrán Ponce tweeted "14 weeks pregnant and fully vaccinated!" A week later, on February 4, 2021, she tweeted "I’ve suffered a miscarriage at 14 1/2 weeks".

• On January 29, 2021 or so, Polish doctor Witold Rogiewicz received his 2nd dose of Pfizer vaccination, and posted a video on social media. He died two weeks later, on or around February 15, 2021.

• On February 1, 2021, a 33 year old pilot from Mississippi experienced a headache within an hour of receiving the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, followed "pain moved down the back of my neck and became a burning sensation at the bottom of my skull". Two days after, he "felt sudden and extreme pressure in my head and nearly blacked out". On February 8, 2021, following a CT scan, MRI, and spinal fluid pressure measurement, the pilot was diagnosed by a physician as experiencing an allegeric reaction to the Pfizer vaccine, which "severely increased the pressure in my spinal cord and brain stem. That pressure causes my vision problems and ultimately ruptured my left inner ear breaking off several crystals in the process. I cannot fly with this condition.".

• On February 1, 2021, Kassidi Lyn Kurill, a 39-year-old mother from Ogden, Utah, received her 2nd dose of Moderna. Four days later, on February 5, 2021, she died. Her father, Alfred Hawley, told Fox News she was "seemingly healthy as a horse" with "no known underlying conditions." Chief Medical Examiner for the Utah Department of Health, Dr. Erik Christensen, said the vaccination and her death are only "temporally related" and "We don’t have any evidence that there are connections between the vaccines and deaths at this point. We don’t have any indication of that".

• On February 2, 2021 or so, Sara Ann Stickles, a 28-year-old healthcare worker from Loves Park, Illinois, received her 2nd dose of Pfizer and immediately developed a rash. Five days later on February 7, 2021, she experienced severe headaches, then lost her ability to speak and lost consciousness. At the SwedishAmerican Hospital she was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm, and was subsequently airlifted to University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison. On February 10, 2021, her sister Kara Stickles posted she has "no brain activity". On February 17, 2021, she died.

• On February 3, 2021, Thomas Lee Flanigan, a 48-year-old plastic surgeon from Toledo, Ohio, received his 2nd dose of Moderna and posted to his Facebook page. Twelve weeks later, on April 27, 2021, he died. His friends wrote an obituary in the first person, originally reported as written by Flanigan: "Well, that's it. I have completed my shift as the great American cliché. In the spirit of what turned out to be my last New Year's letter, my wild and crazy life has again taken a new, unexpected turn with my shocking and unexpected, yet fabulous, exit. Yes, I have joined the likes of Princess Diana, John Belushi, and Steve Irwin the Crocodile Hunter in leaving while still at the top of my game as an iconic superhero who seemed almost too good to be true." The obituary went viral.

• On February 9, 2021 or so, Michael Stanley Ginesin, a 70-year-old real estate professional from Apopka, Florida, received his 2nd vaccine shot. Four days later, on February 13, he died.

• On February 13, 2021, Carole Knight received her first vaccination. She experienced a sore arm, and two days later on February 15, 2021, she died.

• On February 19, 2021, Goran D., a 50-year-old construction worker from Austria, received his first AstraZeneca vaccination in Vienna. On March 10, 2021, he experienced a fever, and on March 13, 2021, severe leg pain caused his wife to call emergency services. Favoriten Clinic scans revealed "he had a pulmonary embolism and thrombosis", subsequently he was operated on three times and his lower leg was amputated. His doctors believe the side-effects were "directly linked" to the vaccination, and the Vienna Patients' Ombudsperson is assisting Goran with applying for "compensation under the Vaccination Damage Act".

• On February 22, 2021, Mrs. Mary Pat Voll, a pediatric nurse from Altamonte Springs, Florida, received a Covid-19 vaccination while 21 weeks pregnant. Pfizer and Moderna were the only vaccines available in her area at the time. Eight days later on March 2, 2021, her baby was stillborn, due to "a marginal cord insertion complicated by placenta previa resulting in fetal vascular malperfusion". Her husband, Jake Voll, claimed the link to vaccination is "a post hoc fallacy". Voll subsequently filed DMCA complaints to news sites hosting screenshots of her public Facebook posts, taking down Health Impact News for 9 hours.

• On January 27, 2021, Roni Hooker Sisk, 47-year-old Director of Nursing at Princeton, received a Pfizer vaccination and posted on her Facebook. Two weeks later, on February 16, she died. Her family setup a GoFundMe family support fund.

• On March 2021, Sarah Beuckmann, a 34-year-old mother from Glasgow, received the Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine. Within seven days, a rash appeared on her ankles and spread up her legs and turned into blisters. She spent 16 days in the hospital and left in a wheelchair, on April 16, 2021. A spokesperson at NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde said it is normal for vaccines to have side-effects and "Vaccination is the single most effective way to reduce deaths and severe illness from Covid-19 and alongside other measures, plays a critical role in controlling the virus. We continue to urge anyone invited to come forward for their vaccine.".

• On March 2021, Vincent Konidare, a 58-year-old man from Florida with no preexisting conditions, received a Johnson & Johnson vaccination. Six months later, on September 19, 2021, he died "from COVID-19 after more than a month in the hospital".

• On March 3, 2021, Barbara Orandello, a biologist from Virgina, received her second dose the Moderna vaccine. The next day, on March 4, 2021, she experienced "horrific pain in [her] right eye" and was unable to stand up, so she was airlifted to a hospital in Loudoun Country and another hospital in Fairfax County. She had an emergency craniotomy due to a "massive brain bleed. [It was] massive. One-third of my brain was filled with blood", she told Laura Ingraham on The Ingraham Angle.

• On March 7, 2021, Kendra Lippy, a healthy 38-year-old woman from Colorado, received a J&J vaccination. A week later, on March 15, 2021, she experienced severe headaches "It was so bad, that it felt like needles piercing my brain." On March 20, 2021, she fell into a coma in the Intensive care unit. She woke up from the coma on April 11, 2021, two days before the J&J vaccine was temporarily halted. Lippy explained "I got blood clots that, ultimately, killed my small intestine, only leaving me with 90 centimeters. I had them in my legs as well, and then as well as in my lungs... I don't have the small part of my small intestine, so I have the beginning and the end. So, there's things that I can't process, things that I can't eat right." Lippy's lawyer, Stephen Justino, explained "vaccine producers essentially have blanket immunity from liability". Justino plans to meet with US Senators to "discuss a plan to create a safety net for people experiencing severe health complications following a vaccination.".

• On March 13, 2021, Benjamin Goodman, a 32-year-old New York stagehand, received the J&J vaccine at a Walgreens clinic in Chelsea, New York. He developed a severe headache and went to sleep, awaking at 1am with fever and chills. Lindsay Janisse, his fiancée, called 9-1-1 reporting seizures and cardiac arrest. Paramedics were unable to revive him on the scene. Rushed to the Mount Sinai hospital, he was pronounced dead at 6:05 am on March 14, 2021. His mother wrote "I cannot let the truth of what happened to Ben pass with any of you thinking he had some type of underlying health problems that caused his death. He didn't. Ben just celebrated his 32nd birthday, was working full time, golfing, traveling and living the best life he could in NYC. Ben knew our family history with vaccines. He knew. But everyone has been pushing the experimental travel pass and so many things we know and many others do not.".

• On March 17, 2021, a breastfeeding mother received her 2nd dose of Pfizer at work. A day later on March 18, 2021, her 5 month old baby developed elevated liver enzymes and died. The patient reported "No known allergies. No new exposures aside from the mother's vaccination the previous day.".

• On March 17, 2021, Amanda Makulec, a 35-year-old pregnant breastfeeding woman from Washington D.C., received her 1st mRNA vaccination. 6 months later, on September 27, 2021, she posted to Twitter "Yesterday my littlest one passed away unexpectedly and suddenly at two and a half months. We don't have answers on how or why, but if you have littles at home give them an extra squeeze today. We're going to miss baby Z's smiles, giggles, and the joy he brought to our family." She subsequently protected the tweets on her Twitter account, @abmakulec, but the tweets were archived.

• On March 18, 2021, Dominique "queencitydom", a woman from Charlotte, North Carolina, received a vaccination before leaving Las Vegas, Nevada to move back to her home in North Carolina. She experienced off-and-on symptoms of: dystonia, difficulty walking, sharp leg pains, vertigo, heart palpitations, lack of sensation throughout the body, cold sensations in the legs, pain behind the hands, and tremor in the right hand. She also experienced continuous symptoms including: short-term memory loss, trouble forming sentences, feeling out-of-body, depth perception is off, visual changes, and severe brain fog.

• On March 18, 2021, Utah's Office of the Medical Examiner (OME) and the Utah Department of Health released a joint statement claiming "The OME has determined there have been NO DEATHS caused by the COVID-19 vaccines to date in Utah." and "The COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective. They are how we will end this pandemic.".

• On March 19, 2021, Kamrynn Soleil Thomas, a 16-year-old Wisconsin girl, received her 1st Pfizer vaccination. On March 28, 2021, she developed hemodynamic collapse. On March 30, 2021, she died of pulmonary embolism. Her obituary was present on the Newcomer Funeral Homes website as of May 1, 2021, but removed on or before May 6, 2021.

• On March 22, 2021, Anthony Shingler, a 57-year-old father and security manager in the United Kingdom, was diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome. He received the AstraZeneca vaccine in early March, was hospitalized for three months, placed on a ventilator, and became paralyzed. His wife Nicola Shingler said "I'm adamant it was the vaccine, he was fine until he had it. They've found no other trigger".

• On March 22, 2021, Sara Jean Holub, a 40-year-old music teacher who taught at Preble High School, JR Gerrits Middle School and Pulaski Middle School in Kimberly, Wisconsin, and competed as a contestant on Jeopardy! received a Pfizer, Moderna, or J&J vaccination at Kress Events Center, University of Wisconsin, administered by Preveo Health. She posted a photo of herself holding a sticker "Prevea Health / I was vaccinated / COVID" on Facebook. Four days later, on March 26, 2021, she died. The "vaccinated" post has since been removed from her Facebook timeline, and her obituary claims her death was due to "natural causes".

• On March 25, 2021, Peter Spann, a 54-year-old Australian filmmaker, businessman, and author, received his first AstraZeneca vaccination and posted to Facebook. It is unlikely he received a 2nd dose, since the Australian Department of Health recommends 12 weeks between the first and second shot. He posted his last Facebook post on May 22, 2021, was admitted to an intensive care unit for surgery, unsuccessful, and on May 30, 2021, he died.

• On March 26, 2021, Frontline workers published a 106-page report "Frontline Workers Testimonies & VAERs Reports 26 MAR 2021" compiling news articles of deaths and injuries after vaccination.

• On March 26, 2021, Joel R. Kallman, a 54-year-old Oracle employee and developer of the V-safe smartphone app for tracking COVID-19 vaccinations, received his first vaccination. He would be due for his 2nd dose a month later. On May 27, 2021, Oracle APEX reported he died on May 25, 2021 "from Covid-19".

• On March 27, 2021, Bob Odenkirk and other actors of the television series Better Call Saul received their first COVID vaccine at the National Hispanic Cultural Center in southwest Albuquerque, to promote vaccination, following an invite from Steven Michael Quezada, Breaking Bad alum and Bernalillo County Commissioner. Four months later, on July 28, 2021, he collapsed on the set of Better Call Saul after experiencing a "heart-related incident".

• On March 31, 2021, Greg @notdeadyet5000 posted to Twitter "My son started texting me an hour ago. Kind of woke me up. He gets vaccinated tomorrow." Five weeks later, on May 9, 2021, he posted "My wife and I lost our son unexpectedly yesterday." His tweets were subsequently deleted.

• On April 1, 2021, Emma Burkey, an 18-year-old high school teen from Nevada, received a J&J vaccination. She experienced seizures and blood clots in her brain. Two weeks after vaccination, she was placed into an induced coma, and underwent three brain surgeries.

• On April 1, 2021, Kerry Hurt, a 49-year-old British mother from South Yorkshire, received her 1st dose of AstraZeneca. A week later on April 8, 2021, according to her niece, she experienced severe headaches. At Rotherham General Hospital, she was diagnosed with Vaccine-Induced Immune Thrombotic Thrombocytopenia (VITT) and Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome (TTS). Her conditioned worsened and at Royal Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield she received emergency surgery removing part of her skull to relieve pressure.

• On April 2, 2021, Stephanie Wasil, a 50-year-old educator and mother of two from California, received her 2nd dose of Moderna, following her employer, Lucia Mar Unified School District's, "strongly suggesting". She suffered from fever, fatigue, headaches, nausea, and loss of appetite within hours, persisting for days. Eight days after, on April 10, 2021, unable to breathe, she called 9-1-1, and died three hours after arriving in the emergency room.

• On April 2, 2021, Lakela Thomas received her first COVID vaccine, a day after she started talking medication for seronegative arthritis. Three weeks later, on April 24, 2021, "she is in the E.R. with sharp chest pains that are going down her left arm". She was diagnosed with Stevens-Johnson syndrome, vasculitis with mononeuritis multiplex/neuropathy, joint/enthesitis, thrush, Behçet's disease, and pericarditis.

• On April 9, 2021, Marilyn Gotay, a 39-year-old mother of two and daughter of Edward "Bolo" Gotay and Eva Roldan-Gotay, received a Moderna vaccination before donating an organ to her husband Amauriz "Mo" Gonzalez. Within approximately 12 hours, on April 10, 2021, she died in her sleep, discovered lying face down by her 11-year-old child, Alexia.

• On April 10, 2021, John Francis Foley, a 21-year-old National Honor Society pre-med student at University of Cincinnati, received a Johnson & Johnson vaccination in the morning, two days before the pause on J&J vaccines. He became ill in the evening, went to sleep and within 24 hours died. The mother of his friend, Jennifer Snyder Benedict, announced "He had the Johnson and Johnson vaccine on Saturday and started [to] not feel good on Saturday evening. He was gone the next day".

• On April 12, 2021, Ronald W. Babb, Sr., a 57-year-old husband and father from Syrcause, received the J&J vaccine at a Walmart in Camillus, New York. He died 7 days after, on April 19th, 2021.

• On April 12, 2021, Dan Kaminsky, a 42-year-old security researcher in California, received his 2nd dose of Pfizer at Moscone Center in San Francisco. He had previously received his first vaccination on March 22, 2021, and tweeted his vaccination record "VaxCON 2021 at Moscone South!". 10 days after his 2nd dose, on April 23, 2021, he died. His niece, Sarah, posted "Dan struggled for years with diabetes and was even recently hospitalized because of it. This tragedy has nothing to do with the COVID-19 vaccination and unfortunately everything to do with diabetic ketoacidosis".

• On April 13, 2021, the FDA asked "states to temporarily halt using J&J’s Covid-19 vaccine after six people in the U.S. developed a rare blood-clotting disorder" in women aged "18 to 48, with symptoms developing six to 13 days after they received the shot".

• On April 14, 2021, it was reported Brad Malagarie, a 43-year-old father of seven from St. Martin, Mississippi, received a Johnson & Johnson vaccination. Within three hours, he was unresponsive. Previously healthy, Malagarie was diagnosed with a stroke due to a blood clot in his left middle cerebral artery. Celeste Foster O’Keefe, his aunt and boss, said "He’s a young, healthy 43-year-old, and I immediately thought it, and I said be sure to tell the doctors he took that J & J vaccine and that, to me, is what caused his stroke." A week after vaccination, he was at Ochsner's Medical Center in New Orleans, in stable but critical condition, unable to talk and walk, and paralyzed on his right side.

• On April 15, Alicia Smith, a 34-year-old hairdresser from Quitman, Lousiana, received her 2nd dose of Pfizer at a Walgreens. She immediately experienced "swelling, loss of feeling, inability to breathe and symptoms of Bell's Palsy" and two months later, "she still cant return to work due to uncontrollable body tremors and bells palsy on the right side of her face". She setup a GoFundMe to raise funds for her recovery.

• On April 16, 2021, Indian film actor in the Tamil industry Vivek (actor)#Death, received his 1st dose of the Covaxin vaccine on live television to promote vaccination, and experienced chest pain. He was admitted to SIMS Hospital in Chennai, where doctors deemed him critical and revealed that he had a thrombosis with 100% blockage in the left anterior descending artery which caused congestive heart failure. • On April 17, 2021, Geoffrey Young, a 45-year-old FBI special agent from Arizona, received a Pfizer vaccination. Within 4 hours he experienced headaches, and within 8 hours the headaches worsened, after a dose of Tylenol. Within 24 hours, at 6am the following day, he was found dead in his bed (VAERS ID: 1241805-1). • On April 20, 2021, Anthony Nguyen Kha Huy, a 45-year-old Vietnamese man from California received a COVID-19 vaccine. He experienced a blood clot, and ten days later on April 30, 2021, he died.

• On April 24, 2021, NaTalia Johnson, a 37-year-old professional ballerina, received a vaccine. She returned home from work at Leataata Floyd Elementary School at 9:30 pm and began watching a movie with her sister, Candida Johnson, aka Kandice Kelly, and stopped breathing. CPR paramedics were unable to revive her, and she died.

• On April 24, 2021, Jennifer Gibson, an actor and teacher from Toronto, Canada, received a AstraZeneca vaccination. Two weeks later, on May 18, 2021, she developed Bell's Palsy.

• On April 25, 2021, Cheryl Cohen, a healthy 64-year-old Florida woman, received her 2nd dose of Pfizer. On May 6, “She had extreme brain fog and confusion. She couldn’t remember where she was driving, and got really scared.”, and on May 31 she experienced a severe headache and called 911, causing her to be hospitalized at North Shore Medical Center in Homestead, FL. On July 12, a lumbar puncture returned positive for Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease, with a Tau protein value of 38,979 pg/ml. Her daughter, Gianni Cohen, believes "her mother felt pressured to get vaccinated because of her job and the media pressure". Three months after her 2nd dose, on July 22, 2021, she died.

• On April 26, 2021, Raj Kaushal, an Indian director, producer, and stunt director, received his 2nd dose of AstraZeneca COVISHIELD, posting "rajkaushal 2nd dose of vaccination done 🙏🏼😊 #covishield" to his Instagram. Nine weeks later, on June 30, 2021, he died from a heart attack.

• On April 30, 2021, 18-year-old Isaiah Harris from Springdale, Arkansas, received his 2nd dose of Pfizer. Within 12 hours, he experienced a fever and chills, and within 48 hours, severe pains in his heart. While waiting in the hospital, he had a heart attack and one of his lungs filled with fluid. "At one point, 80% of Isaiah’s heart was inflamed and only 40% was functioning. Isaiah’s troponin levels were so high doctors said he had suffered a heart attack." The doctors denied a link to the vaccine. He was hospitalized for four days for "acute myocarditis" heart inflammation. A doctor at Cleveland Clinic has "seen 100 patients personally with myocarditis from the vaccine". Harris regrets getting the vaccine, "I used to Weight training every day but for three to six months I cannot do any physical activity. The most I can do is walk my dog. If I get my heart rate up, it can reoccur and I could have another heart attack." and explained he would rather have COVID than a heart attack.

• On May 1, 2021, Simone Scott, a 19-year-old college student at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, received her 2nd dose of the Moderna vaccine. A month later, on June 11, she died of "complications from a heart transplant she underwent after developing what her doctors believe was myocarditis following her second dose of the Moderna COVID vaccine".

• On May 1, 2021, a 3rd grade teacher "Stacie" from Lehigh Acres, Florida lost the ability to stand and walk, developing Guillain-Barre Syndrome. According to her fundraising organizer Eileen Holt, "She has been fighting an autoimmune disease for many years. She was given the Johnson & Johnson COVID vaccine. Approximately 3 weeks after the vaccine, she started developing numbness in her lower extremities which eventually moved upward.".

• On May 6, 2021, Stephanie Dubois, a 39-year-old British supermodel received the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccination in Paphos, Cyprus. She suffered a "serious thrombotic episode" and "very rare" blood clot. Twelve days later, on May 18, 2021, she died.

• On May 8, 2021, it was reported Maureen DeBoick, an 80-year-old woman from near Mt Barker in Australia, developed large-scale bruising after receiving her first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine. She had to be airlifted from Albany to Fiona Stanley Hospital for treatment. At the Royal Flying Doctor Service in Perth, tests showed "A bone marrow biopsy at Fiona Stanley has shown that Maureen is producing blood platelets, however these are not present in her blood" and doctors suggested removing her spleen. A spokesperson said “So, while it is possible that vaccination was the trigger, other causes unrelated to vaccination are also possible.”

• On May 13, 2021, Arlene Tolibas, a 55-year-old Filipino actress and director, received her 2nd dose of the Sinovac Coronavac vaccine, with no immediate adverse effects. Three weeks later, on June 3, 2021, she died.

• On May 16, 2021, it was reported guitarist Eric Clapton experienced disastrous health consequences after receiving the AstraZeneca vaccine in February. "I took the first jab of AZ and straight away had severe reactions which lasted ten days. I recovered eventually and was told it would be twelve weeks before the second one… About six weeks later I was offered and took the second AZ shot, but with a little more knowledge of the dangers. • On May 21, 2021, Lisa Shaw, a 44-year-old mother and BBC Radio Newcastle presenter, died following a short illness. The BBC "has seen the interim fact-of-death certificate issued by Newcastle's senior coroner Karen Dilks. It confirms an investigation into Ms Shaw's death will be held and lists a 'complication of AstraZeneca Covid-19 virus vaccination' as a consideration.

• On May 22, 2021 or so, Bruce David Ward, a 64-year-old from St. Albert, Alberta, received his first Moderna vaccination, with no immediate adverse effects. On June 21, 2021, he suddenly started screaming in pain, and was taken in an ambulance to University of Alberta Hospital. He died a month after the vaccination, on June 22, 2021, due to a "tear in his aortic valve". His daughter, Brenna Ward, wrote "I am sharing his story in hope to help someone else not lose a loved one. In hopes people will think twice and in hopes more will share their stories as there are thousands out there suffering or dieing (sic) after receiving thier (sic) vaccines.".

• On May 29, 2021, Paul Bainbridge, a 46-year-old British software developer, declared himself fully vaccinated, after two doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine. On or about June 2, 2021, he allegedly posted about his experiences starting the day after, May 30, 2021: "No cause. Was fine. Pins and needles hands and feet on Sunday. Falling over Monday. GP diagnosed same day. In hospital Monday. Lots of tests. Two spinal taps confirmed it. First one failed as they kept scraping my spine, and yes it is as uncomfortable as it sounds. Induced coma in Intensive Care Unit on Wednesday and full body paralysis with the exception of right side of face. Whilst in hospital also got Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, pneumonia and sepsis". The post was subsequently deleted. On June 13, 2021, Bainbridge emailed The COVID Blog, claiming "You have a libelous post on your official blog about me which is fake news.When dates in your post are out by over 10 years this is not possible to be correct.".

• On early June, a 61-year-old Western Australian woman received the AstraZeneca vaccine. Her condition deteriorated throughout the month, and she developed "immune thrombocytopenia, a rare autoimmune bleeding condition. The Therapeutic Goods Administration confirmed the 61-year-old Western Australian woman died this week and her death was 'likely linked' to the vaccine." as of July 8, 2021.

• On June 3, 2021, Luxembourg Prime Minister Xavier Bettel received his first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine. On July 4, 2021, Bettel was "admitted to hospital on Sunday due to persistent symptoms, an insufficient oxygen saturation was diagnosed, according to a statement by the state ministry" and in "a serious but stable condition after contracting COVID-19 and will remain in hospital for the time being".

• On June 5, 2021, Lucien Wiggins, a 12-year-old from Massachusetts, received his 2nd vaccination of Pfizer-BioNTech. The morning after, symptoms developed, and on June 7, 2021, he was taken to Tufts Children’s Hospital for chest pains, dizziness, and myocarditis heart inflammation. Chief of pediatric critical care at Tufts, Dr. Sara Ross, observed "I have practiced pediatric ICU for almost 15 years and I have never taken care of a single patient with a vaccine-related complication until now." After two days in Intensive care unit, with administrations of intravenous ibuprofen, Lucien was sent home, a similar pattern to "most of the 800 or so cases of heart problems" reported through May 31, 2021. Dr. Cody Meissner said "We all want a pediatric vaccine, but I’m concerned about the safety issue. Could the disease come back this fall? Sure. But the likelihood I think is pretty low. And our first mandate is Primum non nocere. Young children are not the vectors of disease, nor are they driving the spread of the epidemic." In contrast, Dr. Sean O’Leary, a University of Colorado professor of pediatric infectious diseases said "There’s so much misinformation and propaganda spreading that people are reticent to go there, to further poke the hornet’s nest.".

• On June 13, 2021, Jacob Clynick, a 13-year-old Michigan boy preparing to enter high school, received his 2nd dose of the Pfizer vaccine at a Walgreens in Zilwaukee, Michigan. On June 15, 2021, two nights after the dose, Clynick died in his sleep. The Saginaw County Health Department Medical Director confirmed an investigation is underway to determine "whether there is a correlation between his death and vaccination is now at the federal level with CDC". Tammy Burages, Clynick's aunt, said he experienced "a post-vaccine reaction, such as a fever and exhaustion" and had no known pre-existing conditions. Martha Shara, CDC spokesperson, said "This case is currently under investigation and until the investigation is complete, it is premature to assign a specific cause" and "While some reported adverse events may be caused by vaccination, others are not and have occurred coincidentally". An autospy revealed his heart became enlarged and surrounded by fluid. Flint Township pediatrician Dr. Faisal Mawri claimed "the situation should not in any way deter people, especially young adults, from getting vaccinated.". His aunt Tami Burages described fatigue and fever initially. Following his death, Michelle Fiscus, top vaccination official of Tennessee, published a memo supporting vaccinating teenagers over the age of 14 without parental consent, and was subsequently fired.

• On June 15, 2021, Fabio Berlingieri's 17-year-old son received the Pfizer vaccine, and after athletic practice a "week later, he came home and started telling me that his heart was hurting every time he had a heartbeat". Berlingieri's son already recovered from COVID, but his school mandated vaccination to play on their soccer team. In an interview with Fox & Friends, Fox News medical contributor Dr. Nicole Saphier warned the CDC to rethink vaccination for kids. The Pfizer vaccine is authorized for individuals 12 and older.

• On June 17, 2021, British Airways confirmed four pilots died, and claimed "there is no truth whatsoever in the claims on social media speculating that the four deaths are linked". An unconfirmed voicemail recording claimed 3 pilots died in the past week, in their 40s, 50s, and mid-30s, "perfectly fit" with no underlying conditions, dead "within days" after their 2nd vaccination.. Four books of condolences in a British Airways-themed lounge honored their passing. A British Airways spokesperson confirmed to Reuters the authenticity of the four condolence books, and claimed none of the deaths were linked to vaccines. British Airways did not confirm whether the pilots were vaccinated.
  • On June 2021, Captain Nicholas Synnott, 60, died. He contracted the virus in March 2020 in Texas, and was released from an American hospital after 243 days battling the illness. He died in June, 2021, and the "cause of death has not been revealed but" according to Daily Mail, "it is likely to be due to complications caused by covid, which doctors said had ravaged every organ in his body". His loved ones created a memorial.
  • On June 2, 2021, Senior First Officer Edward Brice-Bennett, 33, died when found unconscious on the side of a mountain bike trail in Tidworth, Wiltshire. Local police stressed there were no suspicious cirumstances related to the incident, and a post-mortem revealed "abdominal trauma and haemoperitoneum, but no cause of death had yet been ascertained".
  • On May 4, 2021, Senior First Officer Grant Mercer died. His loved ones setup a memorial page to defray funeral costs. Snopes reported "A person with direct knowledge of the circumstances surrounding Mercer’s death told Snopes unequivocally that it had no connection whatsoever with COVID-19 vaccination".

• On June 18, 2021, a a 56-year-old Greek woman from Kertezi, Kalavrita, died at Kalavryta Hospital "just a few minutes after her second dose of the Pfizer vaccine".

• On June 21, 2021, Robin Spring Saunders, a 45 year old certified medic from Maryland, received a covid shot as a condition of her employment at John Hopkins Hospital. On June 27, 2021, she died from heart issues and brain swelling.

• On June 23, 2021, the CDC said several hundred cases of the rare myocarditis heart condition is "likely" linked to the vaccine, and the FDA is planning to add a new warning label, but encourages parents to vaccinate their children. This statement follows an investigation two months earlier on May 17, 2021, where the U.S. CDC was "looking into" heart inflammation in some young vaccine recipients. CDC Director Rochelle Walensky's three months earlier on April 27, 2021 previously claimed "We have not seen a signal and we've actually looked intentionally for the signal in the over 200 million doses we've given".

• On June 25, 2021, Robert Malone, inventor of the Messenger RNA vaccine, gave "his honest concerns about why this is the wrong technology to use against #Covid19 and, in particular, the extreme danger it poses to young people.".

• On June 25, 2021, Camilla Canepa, an 18-year-old Italian girl, received the AstraZeneca vaccine. A week later, on June 3, 2021, she arrived in the emergency room of Lavagna hospital for severe headaches. • On June 27, 2021, a 16-year-old in Singapore received his first Pfizer-BioNTech vaccination. On July 3, 2021, during a strenous gym workaround with heavy weights above his body weight, he collapsed due to what is believed to be a cardiac arrest, and was taken to the intensive care unit of the National University Hospital. The Health Science Authority, as of June 30, 2021, has received 12 reports of myocarditis and/or pericarditis after mRNA vaccination. The expert committee said vaccine-related myocarditis often only displays mild symptoms and most people recover uneventfully, but strenous activities may affect the heart.

• On June 28, 2021, Allegheny Health Network professionals in Pittsburgh reported a 65-year-old man developed "a serious form of blood clotting known as thrombosis with thrombocytopenia (TTS) just 10 days after his second and final dose of the Moderna shot. Two days later, the unnamed patient, who also suffered from chronic hypertension and high cholesterol levels, died, with doctors concluding his symptoms were consistent with vaccine-induced clotting, also known as VITT".

• On June 30, 2021, Health Canada added capillary leak syndrome as a potential side-effect of the Oxford-AstraZeneca and COVISHIELD COVID-19 vaccines. The European Medicines Agency reviewed "six people who had capillary leak syndrome after they had received a shot of the AstraZeneca vaccine, out of 78 million doses of the AstraZeneca and COVISHIELD vaccines administered in Europe and the United Kingdom as of May 27, 2021", and there has been "one case of capillary leak syndrome following vaccination with the AstraZeneca or COVISHIELD COVID-19 vaccine reported in Canada as of June 11th".

• On June 30, 2021, the Therapeutic Goods Administration reported a woman of an undisclosed age in the UK died "five weeks after receiving her first dose of the AstraZeneca COVID vaccine in Australia", showing signs of "thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome (TTS)". Five cases of thrombocytopenia syndrome were reported in the past week as likely linked to the vaccine, two confirmed TTS and three probable, with patients ranging from 52 to 83-years-old.

• On July 2, 2021, three individuals were granted damages from the Norwegian System of Patient Injury Compensation (NPE) "due to serious side effects experienced after vaccination with the AstraZeneca Covid vaccine", including a mother in her 40s who was prioritized for vaccination "due to her position as health personnel". A female health care worker and a man in their 30s survived, but suffered from blood clotting complications. Rolf Gunnar Jørstad, director of the NPE, agreed the vaccine was the cause of the serious side effects. The NPE has received 77 applications for compensation: 53 after receiving the AstraZeneca vaccine, 11 Pfizer, 6 Moderna, 7 unclear. • On July 5, 2021, a driver of a pickup truck passed out and collided with a parked SUV and boat in front of Top Shop Automotive and Marine on Eastern Avenue in Lynn, Massachusetts. The owner, Ken Brassard, and a customer narrowly escaped the truck, and several people including a UPS driver were able to smash the window of the still-running truck. Each post to the Facebook group displays a notification citing the World Health Organization: "COVID-19 vaccines go through many tests for safety and effectiveness and are then monitored closely.".

Hoffe previously published an open letter concerning Moderna vaccine reactions on April 5, 2021 and was subsequently suspended by his local health authority from working in the emergency room “for the crime of causing ‘vaccine hesitancy,’ for speaking out about my vaccine injured patients.”.

• On July 12, 2021, the United States Food and Drug Administration announced "revisions to the vaccine recipient and vaccination provider fact sheets for the Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) COVID-19 Vaccine to include information pertaining to an observed increased risk of Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) following vaccination" and "Although the available evidence suggests an association between the Janssen vaccine and increased risk of GBS, it is insufficient to establish a causal relationship". 100 preliminary reports of GBS have been filed with the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System.

• On July 12, 2021, Ninski Berry, a 49-year-old woman, reported "sudden facial swelling one side only" 12 days after her Pfizer vaccination, and resting pulse rate 105 bpm six days after. She posted a video of her face 7 hours after she was discharged with a steroid shot.

• On July 14, 2021, it was reported Jamie Walton, woman from Houston, Texas, received a J&J vaccination about three months ago, and in the beginning of June she "started feeling numbness and tingling in her feet and hands". Otherwise healthy, she became paralyzed from the waist down, spent 22 days at Memorial Hermann Hospital, and received a spinal tap to confirm her diagnosis of Guillain-Barre Syndrome. According to her, her doctors said "After analysis, they determined mine was definitely caused by getting the [Johnson & Johnson] vaccine".

• On July 15, 2021, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and Commission on Human Medicines (CHM) released a statement "Healthcare professionals should be alert to the signs and symptoms of myocarditis and pericarditis. Vaccinated individuals should be advised to seek immediate medical attention should they experience new onset of chest pain, shortness of breath or symptoms of arrhythmia" and advised against exercising within 48 hours of Pfizer vaccination. The European Medicines Agency (EMA) reported 145 cases of myocarditis and 138 pericarditis following Pfizer, and 19 cases of myocarditis, 19 pericarditis following Moderna vaccination.

• On July 15, 2021, it was reported Nicola Weideling, 45-year-old wife of Kurt Weideling from England, was vaccinated with AstraZeneca then developed a "sore neck about eight or nine days after her first dose", a severe headache, and was subsequently diagnosed with vaccine-induced thrombosis and thrombocytopenia. After two rounds of surgery, this "healthy, vibrant person" died. Following her death, her husband called for easing vaccine damage payout. "The government says it has received 145 claims for vaccine damage payments after a Covid vaccination but, to date, no payments have been made".

• On July 15, 2021, there were three people "seriously ill" with coronavirus in the Glangwili hospital, Carmarthen, Wales, UK, despite previously receiving two doses of a coronavirus vaccination.

• On July 15, 2021, Kenny William had to call 911 to rush his wife to the emergency room at 2am, after she received her 2nd dose of Moderna at 10am the day prior. At 7:30pm she reported not feeling well, and at 9pm "she mentions she feels like she's on fire but also freezing at the same time". For 30 seconds she was "convulsing, unresponsive, and her eyes semi rolled back". She was taken to Montford hospital, and discharged at 8am the following day, the doctors claimed "she must have fainted and this is a late reaction to the 2nd shot".

• On July 16, 2021, Dr. Michael Yeadon, former vice president and chief science officer at Pfizer, said "We have VAERS, Yellow Card, and EMA monitoring. We have mechanisms of toxicity. We have multiple open letters to EMA (warning of blood clots) which were immediately followed by vaccine withdrawals (for blood clots). No one in their right mind thinks giving experimental treatments to pregnant women is other than reckless. Especially when reproductive toxicity testing is incomplete.".

• On July 16, 2021, Michael Mitchell, a 65-year old bodybuilder who starred in the films Braveheart and Gladiator, posted "Well that's my third jab today. Proud to be part of this experiment to save lives." Eight days later, on July 23, 2021, while on a boat with his wife in Turkey, he died of a heart attack. His Twitter account @IronmikeMitchel and Facebook account mike.mitchell.568 were deleted, but his website remains online.

• On July 18, 2021, it was reported Jakob Fuglsang, 36-year-old Olympic Games contender, believes his cycling performance at the Tour de France was affected by his 2nd COVID vaccination. "The only explanation that we can find is that I had my second COVID vaccination after the Tour de Suisse and that it’s limiting me and my body is still working on it. I got my first shot after the Classics and I did tests at a Tenerife training camp and I had high lactate for my power and in Switzerland I was good. Then I got the second shot and a second test in the race showed the same results that I had in Tenerife, that my numbers are basically where they are in December or even worse. That’s just how it is but at some point, it will go away and that’s what we’re waiting for.".

• On July 18, 2021, it was reported Joseph Robinson, a 32-year-old osteopath from Cambridge, suffered brain damage including memory loss and speech impairments from blood clots, vaccine-induced thrombotic thrombocytopenia causing him to quit his job, after receiving the AstraZeneca vaccine in February. Robinson and 145 other people have launched a damages suit from the Vaccines Damage Payment Scheme (VDPS).

• On July 18, 2021, Public Health Scotland revealed "5,522 people have died within twenty-eight days of having a Covid-19 vaccine within the past 6 months in Scotland".

• On July 19, 2021, Sir Patrick Vallance, Chief Scientific Advisor to the United Kingdom, said "In terms of the number of people in hospital who've been double-vaccinated, we know it's around 60% of the people being admitted to hospital with COVID". He then retracted this statement, "Correcting a statistic I gave at the press conference today, 19 July. About 60% of hospitalisations from Covid are not from double-vaccinated people, rather 60% of hospitalisations from Covid are currently from unvaccinated people".

• On July 21, 2021, CDC.gov changed "VAERS received 12,313 reports of death (0.0036%) among people who received a COVID-19 vaccine" from July 19, 2021 to "VAERS received 6,207 reports of death (0.0018%) among people who received a COVID-19 vaccine".

• On July 22, 2021, Marco Di Capua, the 50-year-old mayor of Chiavari in Genoa, Italy, received his 2nd Pfizer vaccination and posted on his Facebook "Oggi ho completato il mio ciclo vaccinale con Pfizer" (today I completed my vaccination cycle with Pfizer). One month later on August 23, 2021, he suddenly collapsed and died shortly after

• On July 26, 2021, Maxime Beltra, a 22-year-old from Saintes-Maries de la Mer, received a Pfizer vaccination at 2pm and died later that day.

• On July 30, 2021, an expert panel at 10 Downing Street in London, United Kingdom, Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE), said the prospect of a deadlier variant is a "realistic possibility", and a downside of Britain's highly successful vaccination rates could accelerate the mutation process. "Whilst vaccines can control disease as for SARS-CoV-2, there can be sustained asymptomatic transmission leading to further evolution".

• On August 3, 2021, American football defensive end of the New York Jets, Vinny Curry, appeared in a video with Morristown Medical Center where he stated "Hi, I'm Vinny Curry. I got the COVID-19 vaccines, and I'm joining our partners at Atlantic Health System to tell you why you should, too. It is easy, safe, and effective in protecting yourself and your family. Lets reach the end zone together.". 23 days later, on August 25, 2021, he was moved to the reserve/non-football injury list because "In July, the Jets doctors diagnosed me with a rare blood disorder. The diagnoses required the removal of my spleen and projected me to return to the field in the middle of September. During my recovery blood clots formed and forced me to go on blood thinners preventing me from having physical contact for the next three to six months.".

• On August 12, 2021, Richard Allen Rowe, a Democratic Party political candidate for the Florida House of Representatives, District 23, received his 1st Pfizer vaccination and posted his vaccination record card on Facebook. Three months later on October 29, 2021, he experienced "an unknown medical episode" and was found dead by his neighbors
• On August 19, 2021, Russell Woolf, a 56-year-old host of ABC Radio Perth, Australia, tweeted "Just had my second AZ jab ... I'm a double plugger. Very happy about it. Just get the vax, man.", and less two months later on October 25, 2021, he died.

• On August 21, 2021, at an event hosted by Texas for Vaccine Choice, one speaker, Ernest Ramirez, explained he lost his healthy 16-year-old son mere days after vaccination, due to an enlarged heart. "My son received the vaccine, and he died a few days later, and the only explanation that was given to me was an enlarged heart. I love the hell out of my country, but I don’t trust my government anymore".

• On August 24, 2021, the CDC published a weekly morbidity and mortality report on Los Angeles County, California, breaking down deaths by vaccination status. However, the report considers persons "unvaccinated <14 days receipt of the first dose of a 2-dose series", classifying those who died or were hospitalized more than two weeks after vaccination as "unvaccinated".

• On August 26, 2021, it was reported the winner of the Massachusetts vaccine lottery failed to claim the $1 million prize, for unspecified reasons.

• On August 2021, the FDA published a revised package insert for Pfizer's "COMIRNATY® (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) suspension for injection, for intramuscular use" detailing the contraindications, warnings and precautions ("Postmarketing data demonstrate increased risks of myocarditis and pericarditis, particularly within 7 days following the second dose"), syncope, altered immunocompetence, limits of effectiveness, adverse reactions, and clinical trials experience.

• On September 3, 2021, Oscar De La Hoya, a 48-year-old boxer, tweeted "despite being fully vaccinated, I have contracted Covid and am not going to be able to fight next weekend" from his hospital bed.

• On September 3, 2021, Jessica Berg Wilson of Seattle, Washington, an "exceptionally healthy and vibrant 37-year-old young mother with no underlying health conditions", was vaccinated. Three days later, on September 7, 2021, she died of "COVID-19 Vaccine-Induced Thrombotic Thrombocytopenia (VITT)" according to her obituary. Twitter fact-checked the obituary and shadow-banned it as misleading (main article: List of people censored by Twitter), until following an outcry including being called out by Sebastian Gorka, "who served in the Department of Defense under former President Donald Trump", Twitter removed the misleading label and lifted the shadow ban.

• On September 24, 2021, Greg Chappell, a Spanish teacher at Lake Taylor High School in Norfolk, VA, died. His friend Michael Luckey claimed "he had gotten the first part of the Pfizer a week before he contracted it but it had not been in his system long enough to offer any protection".

• On September 28, 2021, Jake R. Kazmarek, a 28-year-old bodybuilder and FedEx driver from Rochester, New York, received his 2nd dose of Moderna. Four days later, on October 2, 2021, he died.

• On October 5, 2021, Florian Dagoury, the world record holder in static breath-hold freediving (10.5 minutes), posted to his Instagram "40days after 2nd jab, I had no progress so I went to see an other cardiologist and got diagnosed with Myocarditis and Trivial Mitral regurgitation! Which is basically an inflammation of the heart muscles cause by the immune system and some tiny leaks of blood from the valves that no longer close properly. I’m now struggling to reach 8min breath hold, 150m dyn and I even have a strong urge to breath doing 40m dives. 30% decrease on my diving performance roughly. "<rf></ref>.

• On October 6, 2021, the Public Health Agency of Sweden paused "vaccinations with Moderna's vaccine for people born in 1991 or later" due to "an increased risk of side effects such as inflammation of the heart muscle or heart sac. However, the risk of being affected is very small, the Swedish Public Health Agency writes in a press release".

• On October 24, 2021, Dr. Sohrab Lutchmedial, a 52-year-old cardiologist and hospital director at New Brunswick Heart Centre in Canada, posted on Facebook about receiving his 3rd shot (booster). Two weeks later on November 8, 2021, he died in his sleep at his Saint John home, according to Jean-François Légaré, head of cardiac surgery at New Brunswick Heart Centre.

Unsourced allegations

• On June 25, 2021, Lisa Garofano @LisaGarofano allegedly tweeted "My mom vaccinated all 4 of us & my sisters & I have vaccinated our kids.", and before June 30, 2021, "This our son WYATT at CHOP CICU last week after getting #Pfizer 2nd dose. Spent 5 days @ CHOP. He almost died. Dx Acute Heart Failure, Perimyocarditis. We hope he makes a full recovery but they don't know the long term implications. Follow up at Cardiac Clinic is tomorrow.". Garofano's account no longer exists as of or before June 30, 2021. The three archives of her Twitter on Internet Archive captured on June 30 and 25, 2021, and September 22, 2020, do not contain either of these tweets.
