Charmed is an American supernatural drama television series that was originally broadcast on The WB. The following is a list of guest characters that appeared in the first season of Charmed. Season one premiered on October 7, 1998, and ended on May 26, 1999.[1]

13 Barbas[6] Billy Drago Appeared on Earth on Friday the 13th so he could kill 13 unmarried witches by using their greatest fears to scare them to death, before midnight or else he would stay trapped in The Underworld.

White-fleshed demons who choke good individuals to death by seeing the auras that surround them, which they are able to do with the eyesight of children.
20 Charon[8] Brenda Bakke A soul collector who likes to acquire the souls of good witches and helps ghosts get their revenge.
20, 21, 22 Inspector Rodriguez[8] Carlos Gomez Assumed the identity of an Internal Affairs detective and started investigating Andy Trudeau's unsolved cases. Rodriguez then worked with the demonic sorcerer Tempus in an attempt to kill The Charmed Ones.
22 Tempus[9] David Carradine A powerful upper level demon with the ability to manipulate time. He was sent by The Source to help Inspector Rodriguez kill The Charmed Ones.

20 Jackson Ward[8] Jeff Kober A serial killer who was executed at Alcatraz. He came back as a ghost.

Tanya Parker[11] Michelle Brookhurst A sandwich girl from Buckland Auction House who carried a baby that would create a warlock-eliminating vaccine when he grows up.

Wesley[21] Niklaus Lange Was one of Clay's friends that helped steal the urn. Wesley was killed by The Guardian of the Urn who put a poisonous spider on him.
Shelly[21] Carolyne Lowery A waitress at Quake who broke up with fellow Quake employee Doug because she was tired of waiting for Doug to ask her to marry him.
11, 13 Doug[6][21] Allen Cutler A waiter at Quake who was very clumsy around Shelly. They later got back together after Doug proposed to Shelly.
11, 12, 15, 16, 20 Claire Pryce[21] Cristine Rose Prue's second boss at Buckland Auction House who took over Rex Buckland and Hannah Webster.
12 Billy[5] Billy Jayne A man who saved Piper from being attacked by The Wendigo. Billy was later killed by The Wendigo in her human form, Agent Fallon.
Teri Lane[5] Christina Milian A young girl who was kidnapped by her father. Phoebe and Prue brought Teri back to her mother.
Harriet Lane[5] J. Karen Thomas Teri's mother.
Laurence Beck[5] Charles Chun A health inspector that inspected Quake while Piper appeared ill and started to sweat a lot. When she placed frozen meat on her forehead, Laurence threatened to close the restaurant down.
13 Lucas[6] Steve Wilder A man who held a fundraiser at Quake for a children's hospital. Lucas later went on a date with Piper but ended it when Piper told him she believes in superstitions.
Susan Warner[6] Dailyn Matthews Phoebe's boss at a real estate agency called SWA Properties. Phoebe discovered Susan was having an affair. She asked Phoebe to cover for her while she went away on a romantic outing with her lover.
Richard Warner[6] Evan O'Meara Susan's husband. When Richard visited Susan's office, a conflicted Phoebe decided she could not keep her affair a secret. Richard then revealed he already knew and thanked Phoebe for not lying.
14 Mickey Jackson[18] Brad Tatum An armed robber who kidnapped a young male witch named Max Franklin to use his power of psychokinesis to break into a bank vault.
David[18] Richard Cody Also kidnapped Max with Mickey.
Gordon Franklin[18] Robert Gossett Max's father.
Harry[18] Will Stewart Temporarily worked as the new chef at Quake and proved difficult to work with for Piper.
15 Gasman[17] Richard McGonagle Was hired by Piper to check a gas leak in the basement of the Halliwell Manor. He was then possessed by The Woogyman, who was inadvertently released from a crack in the concrete floor of the basement.
Beth Whittlesey[17] Nancy Moonves A professor of architecture at Berkeley University who was fascinated by the Halliwell Manor. She was possessed by The Woogyman and was arrested the following day for assaulting innocents at the university.
15, 18, 19 Josh[17] Shawn Christian A graduate student in architectural history at Berkeley University, where he was a GA for Professor Whittlesey. Josh dated Piper but their relationship ended when he was offered a job in Beverly Hills.
18 Father Austin[14] Frank Birney A priest who was guiding Brendan Rowe down the path to become a priest and escape his evil heritage.
19 David Hatcher[7] Scott Terra A young boy who was kidnapped by a Grimlock in a park on his birthday.
Brent Miller[7] Raphael Sbarge Was a victim of the Grimlocks, leading to him becoming blind.
Eric Lohman[7] Scott Plank A reporter for the Bay Weekly who saw Prue using her powers in the park prior to David Hatcher being kidnapped by a Grimlock.
Dee Hatcher[7] Maureen Muldoon David Hatcher's mother and a friend of the sisters'.
Jerry Cartwright[7] Michael O'Connor A man who was killed by a Grimlock.
20 Judge Renault[8] Jack Donner Convicted the serial killer Jackson Ward to death. He was later killed by Jackson's ghost.
Iris Beiderman[8] Lesley Woods Was almost killed by Jackson's ghost but was saved by Prue and Andy Trudeau.
20, 21 Inspector Anderson[8][22] Don Brunner Worked for Internal Affairs and helped Inspector Rodriguez investigate Andy Trudeau's unsolved cases.
21 Daisy[22] Lisa Robin Kelly A future Whitelighter who fell in love with a Darklighter named Alec, who also fell in love with her.
22 Joanne Hertz[9] Wendy Benson A segment producer for The Food Network who visited Quake to interview Piper for her show.
