Charmed is an American supernatural drama television series that was originally broadcast on The WB. The following is a list of guest characters that appeared in the third season of Charmed. Season three premiered on October 5, 2000 and ended on May 17, 2001.[1]

Assistant Demon #1[3] Billy Ray Gallion Worked for The Boss who sent him to kill Christopher.
Assistant Demon #2[3] Keith Allan Worked for The Boss who sent him to kill Christopher after the first assistant failed.

4 Grimlocks[4] Michael Bailey Smith (Janor)

Returned from being vanquished and attacked The Charmed Ones at their home after being hired to do so by The Triad and Cole Turner.
5 Troxa[5] Rick Hearst A demon with the power of invisibility, who was sent by The Triad to assist Cole in his task to kill The Charmed Ones.
6 Vinceres[6] Morgan Weisser A demonic assassin who was cursed with the power of empathy by a priest named Father Thomas. However, he was accidentally freed by Prue, who mistook him for an innocent.
7 Andras[7] Jason Carter A spirit of rage who had the power to enrage others, by magnifying their anger, until they commit an act of violence. Cole hired Andras to help him kill The Charmed Ones.
8 Krell[8] Scott MacDonald Was a Zotar, a breed of demonic bounty hunters. He was sent to find Belthazor (Cole in his demonic form) after he had betrayed and killed The Triad.
9 Kierkan[9] Rainn Wilson A demonic Alchemist, who tried to find a life essence he created named Terra, who escaped from his lair.
10 Ari[10] Bobby Edner A demonic child who was trapped inside an ice cream truck.
Freckles[10] Erica Mer A demonic child who was trapped inside an ice cream truck.
Jersey[10] Soren Fulton A demonic child who was trapped inside an ice cream truck.
12 Kellman[11] Ron Perlman Was the leader of a Demonic Academy, a training program that destroyed the humanity of mortals and turned them into demons.
13 Dantalian[12] Una Damon A high-level dark priestess who sent a warlock named Zile after Prue, and succeeded in turning the Book of Shadows as well as The Charmed Ones temporarily evil.

They gathered information by feeding on their victims' brain-stem cells.
18 Lukas[14] Kevin Weisman A demonic infector who was in possession of the Seven Deadly Sins. His goal was to infect people with sin, causing them to self-destruct and giving him their souls.
19 Trigg[15] He was a member of the Brotherhood of the Thorn. Trigg was sent to kill a Prophet to prevent him from revealing the arrival and plans of The Brotherhood.
Vornac[15] Gregory Scott Cummins An upper-level demon who was the second-in-command of The Brotherhood of the Thorn.
Klea[15] Jennifer Tung She was a member of The Brotherhood of the Thorn.
19, 20 Tarkin[15] Joseph D. Reitman He was a member of The Brotherhood of the Thorn.
Raynor[15] Ian Buchanan Leader of The Brotherhood of the Thorn and Belthazor's mentor. Raynor was killed by Cole after he turned Cole back to evil.

Had distinctive white hair and a high pitched scream, which was audible only to dogs and their intended victims. Their scream would burst glass and blood vessels and killed mortals.
22 Shax[17] Michael Bailey Smith A demonic assassin who was sent by The Source to kill a mortal named Dr. Griffiths. When The Charmed Ones took Dr. Griffiths to the manor to protect him, Shax whirled in and blasted Prue and Piper through the living room wall, killing Prue and severely injuring Piper.
The Source[17] Made his first appearance when magic was exposed to the world after Prue and Piper fought Shax on the streets. He made a deal with Cole to have the demon Tempus reset time on the condition that Phoebe remained in The Underworld. After the deal was made, The Source ordered his demons to kill both Cole and Phoebe.

13 Zile[12] Tom O'Brien Wanted to acquire the power of The Charmed Ones. He was intent on making Prue his wife to further his evil powers.
17 Shadow[19] W. Earl Brown A former feline familiar who betrayed his owner Ariel to become a warlock in the process. He then attacked The Charmed Ones, as he needed to shed his nine lives to become immortal.

4 Eva[4] Clare Carey Lived in Colonial Virginia during the 17th century. She needed The Charmed Ones' help to rescue a mortal woman named Charlotte Warren, who was kidnapped by an evil witch named Ruth Cobb.
Ruth Cobb[4] Judy Geeson An evil witch who lived in Colonial Virginia during the 17th century. Ruth kidnapped Charlotte Warren because she was pregnant with a powerful witch. Ruth wanted to raise the child as evil.
10 Little Prue Halliwell[10] Emmalee Thompson
11 Vivian[18] Camille Langfield She was killed by a warlock named Eames, who stole her power of deflection.
Witch[18] Lashan Anderson She was killed by Eames, in an attempt to lure a whitelighter into a trap so he could obtain the power of orbing.
15, 17 Patty Halliwell[20] Finola Hughes The Charmed Ones' mother.
17 Ariel[19] Sherri Saum She was killed by her familiar, Shadow.
20 Leeza[21] Amy Moon She was the owner of a magic shop who guarded a half of the amulet of protection. After Belthazor stole the amulet, Raynor killed Leeza to frame Cole.
Janna[21] Rachel Luttrell She guarded the other half of the amulet of protection. Raynor tricked Belthazor into killing Janna with an energy ball.

Brooke[3] Elisabeth Harnois Fell in love with Christopher. When Brooke rejected her boss, a demonic sorcerer known as The Boss, he placed a curse on her that forced her to become a wolf at every sunset.
3 Kate[22] Rachel David A young girl who believed in fairies. She saved a fairy princess named Thistle from trolls and kept her safe.
Jana[22] Nancy Everhard Kate's mother.
Bill[22] Tony Carreiro Kate's stepfather.
3, 5 Abbey[22] Boti Ann Bliss A former bartender at Piper's club, P3. She developed an obsession with Prue and tried to kill her.
4 Charlotte Warren[4] Sadie Stratton Lived in Colonial Virginia during the 17th century. Charlotte was kidnapped by an evil witch named Ruth Cobb, who wanted to steal her baby and raise the child to be evil. She was later rescued by The Charmed Ones and gave birth to a powerful witch named Melinda Warren.
Micah[4] David Chisum A witch hunter who lived in Colonial Virginia during the 17th century. Micah did not share their hatred for witches and tried to protect good magic.
Mitch[4] The future life of Micah. He met Prue during a Halloween party at P3 and asked her to dance.
5 Sean[5] Eddie Cahill Briefly dated Prue. He was one of the suspects thought to be her stalker, but was later proven innocent.
Snake Hunter[5] Nick Meaney An Australian man who had a photo shoot with Prue for 415 magazine.
Rachel[5] Karen Stapelton Became the new bartender at P3 after Abbey was sent to jail.
7 Mrs. Snyder[7] Selma Archerd A resident of Prescott Street, where The Charmed Ones live, and a member of the Homeowners Association. She appeared at a meeting held in the Halliwell manor.
Janice[7] Pamela Dunlap A resident of Prescott Street and a member of the Homeowners Association. She appeared at a meeting held in the Halliwell manor.

A married couple who were neighbors to The Charmed Ones and they were both members of the Homeowners Association. They appeared at a meeting held in the Halliwell manor.
8 Homeless Man[8] Mike Rad Found Cole's blood soaked coat and slept with it in the alley under a box. Krell tracked Cole's scent and attacked the man for information until Prue stopped him.
8, 11, 16 Reece Davidson[8] Keith Diamond A District Attorney investigator who investigated Cole's disappearance and later the murder of the landlady for Cole's apartment. He was killed by two demons known as The Seekers.
9 Male Victim[9] Andrew Bowen A businessman who was possessed by a life essence named Terra.
Missy Campbell[9] Sabine Singh Piper's former classmate who organized a high school reunion at P3.
9, 13 Justin Harper[9] Chad Willett Piper's former classmate who briefly dated Prue after they met at Piper's high school reunion.
10 Ice Cream Man[10] Robert Clendenin Was appointed by The Elders to drive the ice cream truck, which played a magical series of notes called The Devil's Chord that lured demonic children to it.
Caleb[10] Paul Wittenburg Became the new Ice Cream Man after the first one died.
10, 14, 15 Victor Bennett[10] James Read The Charmed Ones' father.
12 Tom Peters[11] Marco Sanchez Prue's ex-boyfriend from college who was almost turned into a demon by Kellman, the leader of a Demonic Academy.
Fran Peters[11] Shirley Prestia Tom Peters' mother.
Mr. Chang[11] Dennis Dun An innocent who was taken into custody by Darryl Morris because he was in one of Phoebe's premonitions. When Mr. Chang walked into an alley, he was almost killed with a fireball by Tom Peters.
13 Craig[12] D. C. Douglas Was one of the wedding planners for Piper and Leo's wedding.
Marie[12] Tracey Costello Was one of the wedding planners for Piper and Leo's wedding.
14 Bo Lightfeather[23] Michael Greyeyes A half-native American with the power of premonition. Bo was murdered by a man named Sutter while several frightened townspeople stood and watched. As a result, their town was cursed into a time loop that forced them to repeat that same day until they got the courage to help Bo.
Isabel Lightfeather[23] Kimberly Norris Bo's older sister.
Sutter[23] Ed Lauter The man that sent the town into a cursed time loop by killing Bo.
Cal[23] Scott Beehner A resident of the town who was once terrorized by Sutter. He reported Bo's whereabouts to Sutter.
15 T.J.[20] Dana Ashbrook Met astral-Prue at a bar while the real Prue was sleeping. During Piper and Leo's wedding ceremony, T.J. rode through the front door on his motorcycle and smashed the wedding decorations. Astral-Prue then got on his bike and rode off with him.
Inspector Krutchen[20] Whip Hubley An inspector who arrested Prue when she was the suspect of a murder.
16 Mrs. Owens[13] Annie Abbott Cole's landlord at his apartment. She was killed by The Seekers, who were looking for information on Cole's whereabouts.
Andrea[13] Michaela Watkins A rookie inspector and Reece Davidson's partner. The two were working together on Cole's disappearance. She was later killed by The Seekers.
18 Robert Pike[14] Roark Critchlow A stock broker who was obsessed with the box of sin. Robert begged a demon for more of what was inside the box. Prue then threw the box across the street and when Robert ran for the box, he got hit by a bus and died.
Officer Dean[14] Michael Rodrick Worked for the San Francisco Police Department. He asked Phoebe out for a date but she declined his offer. However, after a demon named Lukas infected Phoebe with the sin of lust, she had sex with Dean at the back of a police van. Darryl caught the two and suspended him. Lukas then appeared and infected Dean with the sin of anger and told him to channel his anger toward the Halliwell sisters.
Professor Kass[14] Jim Jansen Taught Phoebe's ethics class at college. During a meeting between the two, Phoebe flirted with Kass and made sexual advances towards him. At the time, she was infected with the sin of lust.
Roger Tremble[14] Julio Herzer A local pastor who was infected with the sin of envy. He attempted to rob a car dealership due to his envy.
21 Widower[16] Newell Alexander He was killed by a Banshee when he was grieving over his lost wife, Catherine.
Inspector[16] Joe E. Tata Worked on the widower's case after he was murdered by a Banshee.
Runaway Teen[16] Ashley Tisdale A young girl who was found crying in a phone booth and tried to get a hold of her parents. A Banshee then arrived and shattered all of the glass in the phone booth and zeroed in on the girl's pain. However, dog-Prue and Piper arrived just in time for the girl to escape.
Cute Guy[16] Matt Battaglia A journalist who ran his car into Prue when she was a dog. He then took dog-Prue to his home and looked after her. Prue later went on a date with him after she turned back into a human.
22 Dr. Griffiths[17] Matt Malloy A surgeon who worked at San Francisco Memorial Hospital. Dr. Griffiths was killed by Shax, a demonic assassin sent by The Source.
Elana Dominguez[17] Mercedes Colón A news reporter who witnessed Prue and Piper fighting Shax in the streets, while she was filming a segment on fault lines.
Alice Hicks[17] Marianna Elliott A mentally unstable woman who claimed she was a witch and wanted to join The Charmed Ones' coven. When Alice was rejected by the sisters, she took revenge and shot Piper.
Captain[17] Tommy Redmond Hicks He worked for the San Francisco Police Department.
Susie Johnson[17] Rebekah Louise Smith Prue's former classmate who claimed in a news interview that Prue once cast a spell to make her boyfriend break up with her.

9 Terra[9] Paige Rowland A life essence who was created by a demonic Alchemist named Kierkan. She wanted a more independent life, and escaped from Kierkan's lair in order to possess one of The Charmed Ones and vanquish him.
11 Natalie[18] Audrey Wasilewski A whitelighter and one of Leo's friends. She needed The Charmed Ones' help to find a warlock named Eames, who killed one of her charges, a witch named Vivian.
Darklighter[18] Graham Shiels He was killed by Eames.
16 Angel of Death[13] Simon Templeman An ancient and powerful being that was neither good nor evil, but simply neutral. He claimed the souls of those who died and took them to the afterlife.
