A well-anchored mobile home was thrown 50 yd (46 m) into a tree, vehicles were rolled, and a large chemical tank was thrown 100 yd (91 m). In Osage County, a farmstead sustained EF1 damage. EF1 Northern Minneapolis to NE of Fridley Hennepin, Anoka, Ramsey Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found. 1915 14.25 miles (22.93 km) 1 death – Large wedge tornado caused high-end EF1 damage throughout northern Minneapolis and surrounding suburban areas. Many trees and power lines were downed, while roofs, sheds, and garages sustained significant damage. One man was killed when a tree fell onto his car. In an industrial area of Fridley, numerous large warehouses were damaged, including some that lost their roofs. 8 train cars were blown over as well. Several hangars were damaged at the Blaine-Anoka County Airport before the tornado dissipated. A second person died after suffering a heart attack while clearing debris in the wake of the tornado. Damage from the tornado was estimated at $166 million and 48 people were injured.[11][12]

The worst damage occurred near Chester. In Minnesota, structures had their roofs torn off and silos were damaged. 4 people were injured.[16]

An apartment building had its roof torn off. 200 homes and businesses were damaged, 9 homes were destroyed and another 6 buildings were left uninhabitable. First tornado in La Crosse since 1966.
EF1 E of Rockland to Sparta La Crosse, Monroe 2147 2 miles (3.2 km) A few trees and buildings were damaged at the beginning of the path. A house and four mobile homes were destroyed further along the path before the tornado struck Sparta, where 50 homes were damaged. At a car dealership on the south side of Sparta, a car was tossed 40 feet and flipped upside down and a billboard sign was knocked over on to a truck.[24]
EF2 NW of Tomah to SE of Plover Monroe, Juneau, Wood, Portage Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found. 2215 69 miles (111 km) Very long-lived tornado tracked through mostly wooded areas of Wisconsin, snapping or uprooting thousands of trees and power poles, some of which landed on homes. A house and a mobile home were destroyed at the beginning of the path, and a third home was heavily damaged. A cranberry farm sustained major damage near Finley, and a campground was damaged near Nekoosa. Homes were also heavily damaged near Wisconsin Rapids. Numerous silos, irrigation systems, and outbuildings were destroyed along the path as well. Tornado was on the ground for 1 hour and 31 minutes. Ranks as the 15th longest tracked tornado in Wisconsin history.[25]

EF2 E of Diamond to N of Monett Newton, Lawrence Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found. 2310 17 miles (27 km) Large wedge tornado touched down after the Joplin EF5 tornado dissipated. Minor tree and roof damage occurred at the beginning of the path before the tornado intensified and destroyed three mobile homes, one of which was wrapped around a tree. Numerous trees and power poles were downed nearby. The tornado struck Wentworth at EF1 strength, removing the roof from an outbuilding and downing numerous trees in town. The tornado regained EF2 strength past Wentworth, where a mobile home was wrapped around a building and a machine shop was partially destroyed. Trees, fences, frame homes, and outbuildings were damaged at EF1 strength further to the east before the tornado dissipated.[36][37]

Oklahoma
EF2 SE of Cleora Delaware 2333 6.7 miles (10.8 km) Large stovepipe tornado caused major damage along Grand Lake. Multiple frame homes were damaged, some heavily. Seven mobile homes were completely destroyed, along with some boat docks. Numerous large trees were snapped and uprooted.[49]
EF3 WSW of Zena to NW of South West City, MO Delaware, McDonald (MO) 2352 16.5 miles (26.6 km) Large wedge tornado began in Oklahoma, where numerous barns, frame homes, and mobile homes were heavily damaged or destroyed. Very little debris was recovered from some of the mobile home sites. A steel-frame building was also destroyed, and numerous large trees were snapped and uprooted as well.[50] Tornado reached high-end EF3 strength in Missouri, where a brick house was leveled and a car was rolled 200 yards. Several chicken houses were damaged before the tornado dissipated. 4 people were injured.[51]
EF1 N of Leach Delaware 0113 4.7 miles (7.6 km) Tornado damaged several homes and barns, and snapped or uprooted a number of large trees.[52]
EF2 ESE of Kansas Adair, Delaware 0114 4.5 miles (7.2 km) Several homes were heavily damaged and numerous trees were snapped or uprooted.[53]

Ohio

In Kentucky, multiple barns and grain bins were destroyed, a cow was thrown 500 feet, numerous trees were snapped and uprooted, the roof was torn off of an agricultural chemical storage building, a tool barn was destroyed, and a semi-truck was flipped, injuring the driver.[76]

EF3 N of Canton Dewey, Blaine, Major Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found. 2020 13 miles (21 km) 1 death – Tornado initially caused minor tree and power pole damage before growing into a large wedge tornado and crossing Canton Lake, where a campground sustained major damage. Numerous recreational vehicles and mobile homes were tossed around and destroyed at that location, and trees were debarked. Two people were injured at the campground, but most avoided injury by sheltering in a concrete bathhouse, which was damaged and spattered with mud but remained standing. Past Canton Lake, multiple farms and were heavily damaged or destroyed, and power poles and trees were snapped. High-end EF3 damage occurred at one farmstead as the house was leveled and trees on the property were debarked. A church sustained roof damage, a mobile home was damaged, and a fatality occurred in a vehicle before the tornado dissipated.[81][82]

Initial surveys listed this damage path as part of the same tornado, but follow up investigation of mobile radar observations and damage path surveys revealed that this was a separate tornado. The tornado debarked trees, snapped power poles, and damaged or destroyed several structures.[84]
