Luis Francisco Ortiz (born September 22, 1995) is a professional baseball pitcher in the Texas Rangers organization.
Career
Ortiz attended Sanger High School in Sanger, California.[1][2] In November 2013, he committed to play college baseball at Fresno State University.[3] He was drafted by the Texas Rangers in the first round of the 2014 Major League Baseball Draft.[4] He signed on June 11.[5]
