Marc Fontan (born 20 October 1956 in Canet-en-Roussillon, Pyrénées-Orientales) is a French former Grand Prix motorcycle road racer from France. His best year was in 1983 when he finished in sixth place in the 500cc world championship.[1] In 1980, Fontan teamed up with Herve Moineau to win the 24 Hours of Le Mans. They went on to win the 1980 Endurance World Championship.
