Marcus Becker (born 11 September 1981 in Merseburg) is a German slalom canoeist who has competed since the mid-1990s. He won the silver medal in the C-2 event at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens together with Stefan Henze.

Becker also won six medals at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with a gold (C-2: 2003), four silvers (C-2: 2006, C-2 team: 2003, 2006, 2009), and a bronze (C-2: 2005). He also won a gold and two silvers in the C-2 team event at the European Championships.
