Mark Stone is an American politician currently serving in the California State Assembly. He is a Democrat representing the 29th district, encompassing parts of the northern Central Coast. Prior to being elected to the state assembly, he was a Santa Cruz County supervisor.

In the 2015 legislative session, Stone will serve as chairman of the Judiciary Committee.[1]
