Markus Palionis (born 12 May 1987 in Kaunas) is a Lithuanian footballer who plays as a defender for SSV Jahn Regensburg.[1] Palionis grew up in Germany and holds a German passport.[2]
On 9 October 2014, he joined SSV Jahn Regensburg.[2]
