Matej Beňuš (born 2 November 1987 in Bratislava) is a Slovak slalom canoeist who has competed since the early 2000s.

He won seven medals at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with six golds (C-1 team: 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015) and a bronze (C-1: 2011). He is double overall world cup champion in the C-1 category (2010, 2015). At the European Championships he won a total of nine medals (6 golds, 1 silver and 2 bronzes).

His elder sister Dana Mann is also a gold medalist from the world championships in canoe slalom.
