The Mexico national under-23 football team, is controlled by the Mexican Football Federation and represents Mexico in competitions like the Pan American Games and the Olympic Games, and their respective qualification phases.

The roster can be augmented with three "over-age" players, ostensibly possessing veteran experience, during Olympic competition, in accordance with FIFA regulations.

Mexico won the gold medal in 2012 Summer Olympics, their first Olympic medal in association football.[1]
