Michael Lee "Mike" McDaniel (born March 6, 1983 in Aurora, Colorado) is a former collegiate football player and graduate of Yale University. He is currently an American football coach. A ten-year NFL coaching veteran, Mike is currently an offensive assistant for the Atlanta Falcons[1] of the National Football League. Previously McDaniel was the wide receivers coach for both the Cleveland Browns and the Washington Redskins. Mike has been a member of MENSA since the fifth grade after gaining national recognition for a research study on molecular biology published in the periodical "Popular Science."
