Morteza Gholi Khan, Sani-ol Douleh (Persian: مرتضی‌قلی‌خان صنیع‌الدوله‎‎; 1856-1911) of the Hedayat family, son of Ali Gholi Khan (Mokhber-ol Douleh), was an Iranian politician and first chairman of the Iranian parliament. He become Member of Parliament from Tehran after Persian Constitutional Revolution. He was a leader of Constitutional Revolution. He became Prime Minister of Iran in May 1908 and was prime minister until June 1908. He had been the Finance Minister for seven months when he was assassinated on 6 February 1911 by two Georgian.[citation needed]
