Moses Oloya (born 22 October 1992) is an Ugandan international footballer who plays for Vietnamese club Becamex Binh Duong, as a midfielder.

Career

He made his international debut for Uganda in 2011,^[1] and has appeared in FIFA World Cup qualifying matches.^[3]
