The NBA Development League Impact Player of the Year is an annual NBA Development League (D-League) award given since the 2007–08 season to the player who joined the D-League mid-season and made the greatest contribution to his team's success following that acquisition. The league's head coaches determine the award by voting and it is usually presented to the honoree during the D-League playoffs.[1][2]

While no player has won Impact Player of the Year more than once, one international player has won the award: Ike Diogu of Nigeria in 2014. Morris Almond was the inaugural winner while playing for the Utah Flash.[3] By position, forwards have dominated the award with five winners, followed by guards with three. Only one center has won, Brian Butch in 2009–10.
