Neal Hatley

Neal Hatley (born 23 December 1969)[1] is a rugby union footballer who played at prop for London Irish and the University of Natal.

On 16 May 2007 he was selected to captain the England Saxons squad for the forthcoming Churchill Cup tournament in England, which he captained to victory lifting the Churchill Cup.

He is the most capped player of the Premiership ever. After his playing career, he moved into coaching with the London Irish youth academy. Hatley joined Bath Rugby for the 2012/13 season where he was appointed forwards coach. Following the end of the 2015-16 season he left Bath to become the England team's scrum coach.
