Nepal Janata Party is a political party in Nepal. The party is registered with the Election Commission of Nepal ahead of the 2008 Constituent Assembly election.[2] The party is working with the Hindu philosophy. It is in the favor of Republic Hindu Rastra Nepal.[citation needed]
