Novo A/S is a holding company in the Novo Group and is fully owned by the Novo Nordisk Foundation. It is a majority shareholder in Novo Nordisk A/S and Novozymes A/S and manage the Novo Nordisk Foundation's financial assets. Eivind Kolding succeeded Henrik Gürtler as CRO on 1 May 2014.[1]
Investments
- In May 2013, Novo acquired all shares in the pharmaceutical company Xellia.[2]
- In July 2014, Novo acquired all shares in Sonion, a manufacturer of components for the hearing aid industry.[3]
