Orfeo Matthew Angelucci (Orville Angelucci) (June 25, 1912 – July 24, 1993) was one of the most unusual of the mid-1950s so-called "contactees" who claimed to be in contact with extraterrestrials.[1]

Angelucci claimed that he suffered from poor health and extreme nervousness for most of his life, and eventually moved for health-related reasons from Trenton, New Jersey, to California in 1948, where he took a job on the assembly line at the Lockheed aircraft plant in Burbank. Another contactee, George Van Tassel, was also employed for a time at this plant.

In his books, our Angelucci says he was particularly terrified of thunderstorms and was attracted to California because he had heard that thunderstorms were very rare there. Angelucci wrote the first version of his pseudoscientific account of matter, energy and life, The Nature of Infinite Entities in 1952, based on "research" done earlier in Trenton, including the launching of a giant cluster of weather balloons.

Beginning in summer 1952, according to Angelucci in his book The Secret of the Saucers (1955), he began to encounter flying saucers and their friendly human-appearing pilots during his drives home from the aircraft plant. These superhuman space people were handsome, often transparent and highly spiritual. Eventually Angelucci was taken in an unmanned saucer to earth orbit, where he saw a giant "mother ship" drift past a porthole. He also described having experienced a "missing time" episode and eventually remembered living for a week in the body of "space brother" Neptune, in a more evolved society on "the largest asteroid", the remains of a destroyed planet, while his usual body wandered around the aircraft plant in a daze.

In his later book, The Son of the Sun, Angelucci related an account that he claimed had been told to him by a medical doctor calling himself Adam, whose experiences were similar to his own. He also published several pamphlets on space-brotherly themes, such as "Million Year Prophecy" (1959), "Concrete Evidence" (1959) and "Again We Exist" (1960).

Its mentioned in "The secrets about saucers" that he had seen a plane disapear into tho sun on March 03,1953. On February 28, 2013 which is almost exactly to the date a sixty year time lapse, A Californian Girl Named Victoria Crosbie was out side her home sitting on stairs by the maailbox was reading a city newsletter was obsessed with the sky already heard a sound and had to identify its location she turns her head to see craft moving behind tree turns the other way to look behind her and sees four very dark colored planre/jets Flying in a line or row one after the other. She runs to get her brother cause hes the only one who will entertain her observations and is kind enough to take time to hear her theories and ideas. So she runs in the house not knowing why she is running this time although it was four planes ,so finally he comes along A little slow if i do say so my self . They walk out to the middle of the street right where she dragged him ,its a beautiful morning almost noon not a cloud in sight .the four planes were in a row with three very tight behind eachother and one straggler they flew up were coming back down in a row but diagnoly, they are watching every move of the plans. The planes are about to pass or cross the sun. They are flying and fly into the sun. We had expected not to see them for a moment due to the suns light . But how long do you stare at the sun before you realise they should have passed back out the other side. So some screaming hair pulling crazy laughter thrilled overexstatic facing of reality and screaming and more laughter and thinking takes place. Then Victoria has the idea to Google to see if any one else has seen it too. "Plane disappears into sun" The third listing down in capitol letters said "PLANES DO DISAPPEAR" and the chapter number. Orfeo had been sitting reading in his kitchen when he heard a sound got up to investigate and saw an aluminum plane disappear into the sun, on March 3 1953. Victoria wonders if this is no coincedence, and maybe aliens have sixty year annyversarys like we have the fifty year.
