Organic Letters (usually abbreviated as Org. Lett.), is a peer-reviewed biweekly scientific journal, published since 1999 by the American Chemical Society. In 2014, the journal moved to a hybrid open access publishing model.

Organic Letters is the highest impact communications journal in the field of Organic Chemistry.
