Ovid Tzeng (Chinese: 曾志朗; pinyin: Zēng Zhìlǎng; Wade–Giles: Tseng Chih-lang) is a politician in the Republic of China. He was the Minister of Council for Cultural Affairs in 2011–2012 and Minister of Education in 2000–2002.[1]
