Paranormal? is a paranormal documentary television series that premiered in the United Kingdom in July 2005 on the National Geographic Channel.

Premise

A fairly scientific look at a particular area of the paranormal accompanied by interviews with witnesses and experts, believers, and skeptics. Some experiments are conducted and briefly outlined on the show, which is mildly skeptical in tone, and finds little evidence for the paranormal claims. Each show last one hour.

The soundtracks are written and recorded by London-based television composers, Mollusc Music.

  1. "The Sasquatch": The Bigfoot legend and the controversial Patterson–Gimlin film.
  2. "Psychic Detectives": The claims of psychic detectives are examined and evidence found wanting. Features skeptic Joe Nickell, parapsychologist Ciaran O'Keeffe, and others including a psychic medium.
  3. "Lake Monsters": An examination of lake monsters and the famous "Surgeon's Photo" of the Loch Ness Monster.
