Muhammad Parviz Mirza (2 October 1589 - 28 October 1626) was the second son of Mughal Emperor Jahangir and his wife Sahib-i-Jamal who was the daughter of a respected Muslim religious personality, Khwaja Hasan of Herat, and grandson of Mughal Emperor Akbar.

In 1609 Jahangir appointed him to the governorship of the Mughal provinces of the Deccan, and he chose Burhanpur as his headquarters and as his residence.

He married his first cousin, Iffat Jahan Banu Begum, the daughter of his uncle, Prince Murad. His daughter Nadira Banu Begum married Shahzada Dara Shikoh.
