Paul Oginsky, born September 3, 1962 in Huyton, Merseyside, England is Youth Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister, David Cameron. He was a co-founder of the national youth charity Weston Spirit alongside Simon Weston, and is now director of his own personal development company. He is a speaker on relational management at events and conferences and has had numerous articles published on personal development and self-esteem in journals and sector magazines such as Children & Young People Now.

  • Oginsky has sat on a number of advisory boards for local and national government initiatives and continues to advise the Conservative Party on the development of a National Citizens Service. This programme aims to provide every 16-year-old with access to a six-week personal development programme.
