  • Phoenix Press (Aust) is a publishing company set up uniquely for the works of several authors working as a collaborative based in Australia. The phoenix symbol (bird in flames) and the name was chosen because it best reflected the aims of the people working for the outfit - breaking out of a moribund traditional system that's had its day. Phoenix Press (Aust) wants to get publishing back to where it ought to be - at the service of readers and the writers themselves by-passing all the hangers-on.
