Policarp Malîhin (born March 9, 1954) is a Romanian sprint canoeist who competed in the late 1970s. He won a bronze medal in the K-2 500 m event at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal.
Malîhin also won three medals at the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships with two silvers (K-2 1000 m: 1975, K-4 500 m: 1977) and a bronze (K-2 500 m: 1975).
