Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center (PVHMC) is a 453-bed acute care, not-for-profit, teaching hospital in Pomona, California, United States.

Founded in 1903, Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center (PVHMC) is a nationally recognized, not-for-profit facility, the Hospital’s services include Centers of Excellence in oncology, cardiac and vascular care, women’s and children’s services, and kidney stones. Specialized services including centers for breast health, sleep disorders, a Neonatal ICU, a Perinatal Center, physical therapy/sports medicine, a full-service Emergency Department, robotic surgery, and the Family Medicine Residency Program affiliated with UCLA. Satellite Centers in Chino Hills, Claremont and Pomona provide a wide range of outpatient services including physical therapy, urgent care, radiology and occupational health. Serving eastern Los Angeles County and western San Bernardino County. The hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and is currently staffed by over 800 physicians, 2400 employees, and 1,000 volunteers. PVHMC recently earned from The Joint Commission The Gold Seal of Approval™ for a certification as a Primary Stroke Center for Los Angeles County.
