PSC stands for passed staff college. These are the initials which appear in the service lists denoting that a British, Bangladeshi, Indian, Sri Lankan or Pakistani Army officer has attended the Staff College, Camberley or Defence Services Command & Staff College (DSCSC), Bangladesh. Or Defence Services Staff College, Wellington, India or, the Command and Staff College, Quetta. Or MAFSC - Malaysian Armed Forces Staff College, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (in Bahasa Malaysia - MTAT).
