Puerto Princesa International Airport (Filipino: Paliparang Pandaigdig ng Puerto Princesa) (IATA: PPSICAO: RPVP) is an airport serving the general area of Puerto Princesa, located in the province of Palawan in the Philippines. It is classified as an international airport by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines.

Recently, President Benigno Aquino III intended to make the airport one of the primary gateways of the Philippines aside from Clark International Airport in Clark Freeport Zone and Ninoy Aquino International Airport in the capital Manila.[citation needed] The airport is the main gateway to the Puerto Princesa Underground River, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature.

The project is slated for 30 months or more than two years before completion. It is expecting the airport to open by early 2017.[1]
