Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found. Q with stroke (Ꝗ, ꝗ) is a letter of the Latin alphabet, derived from Q with the addition of a bar through the letter.
It was used in Latin as an abbreviation.
It is also used as a phonetic symbol, representing a voiceless uvular fricative ([χ]).
