Rabid Puppies was announced in a blog posting by Vox Day on 2-February-2015[1] and was created to represent those Science Fiction fans who oppose the Social justice convergence of Science Fiction who at the same time were not convinced that the Sad Puppies would achieve real change in nominations or voting for the Hugo Awards.
