Radio Boy is a Webcomic that was launched by Arkhaven Comics on October 1st, 2021[1] and appears on the platform Arktoons here: Radio Boy.

Premise

Radio boy is a action parody Webcomic. Showcasing the adventures of the Superhero, Radio Boy, and his effort to protect the citizens of the Industrial Democracy of Japan.

Plot Summary

The first episode of Radio Boy introduces the fictional creator of the comic Hawaya Nistamicha setting him up as a titan of Japanese animation with Radio Boy being his original creation. this sets the stage for the fictional translation of Radio Boy for the first time into English.

Episodes 2-5

The First story arc for Radio Boy involves the sudden appearance of the plant demon Mitsu as he vows to tear down the metropolitan area to nothing. The Headquarters of the Electric Patrol receives a "big monster alert and, after a brief and productive discussion about exactly what monster they are facing, summons Radio Boy to rescue Japan. Radio Boy then comes out of a portable stereo and does battle with Mitsu, receiving a power boost from a television cable carrying movies undisturbed by advertising, videos of music stars being too wild,[2] and educational programs.[3] This gives Radio Boy the power he needs to defeat Mitsu and save the Industrial Democracy of Japan.

Talent

Chuck Dixon is the writer and artist for Radio Boy with inks by Jim Engel. Both produce the work under the pen name Hawaya Nistamicha.
