Renauld I ( – 29 May 1040[1]) was a French nobleman. He was the ruling count of Nevers from 1028 until his death at the battle of Seignelay against the Robert I, Duke of Burgundy.[1]

He married Hedwig (or Advisa) of France on January 25, 1016, daughter of Robert II, King of France and Constance of Arles.[2]
