Robert Augustus Nelson (born May 17, 1964) is a former Major League Baseball first baseman. He played parts of five seasons in the majors, from 1986 until 1990, for the Oakland Athletics and the San Diego Padres. He is the Founder and President of Hit One Deep Enterprises, a private Baseball instruction company based out of Temple City, CA.
