Ryan Gropp (born September 16, 1996) is a Canadian ice hockey player. He is currently playing with the Seattle Thunderbirds in the Western Hockey League. Gropp was selected by the New York Rangers in the 2nd round (41st overall) of the 2015 NHL Entry Draft.
