Rytis Vaišvila (born May 23, 1971 in Klaipėda, Lithuania) is a retired Lithuanian basketball player and coach.[1]

In July 2009 signed the contract with Qianjiang Tan Tan team (China), but was fired at the end of 2009. July 2010 came back to work as KK Neptūnas head coach.

Vaišvila was a member of the Lithuanian national team which won bronze medals at the 1996 Olympic Games.
