Sam Naismith (born 16 July 1992) is an Australian rules footballer playing for the Sydney Swans in the Australian Football League (AFL).
Naismith is tall athletic ruckman standing at 205 cm and weighing in at 104 kg. He was recruited as NSW Zone selection from North Shore Bombers via 2013 Rookie Draft. Naismith failed to play a game in his debut season but managed his debut in the final round of 2014 season against Richmond. Naismith carried the ruck duties alone that day as Mike Pyke and Tom Derickx were both injured.[1]
