Serangoon Road (Chinese: 实龙岗路) is a street in Singapore which runs from Little India to Kallang. It is a one-way street, with Jalan Besar and Bendemeer Road running parallel to Serangoon Road in the other direction.

After Woodsville Interchange, Serangoon Road becomes Upper Serangoon Road, where it connects towards Serangoon NEX, Hougang South, Hougang, Sengkang and Punggol East. The street is notable due to having the former Hotel New World located on the intersection of Serangoon Road and Owen Road.
