Stephen Bollenbach

Stephen F. Bollenbach (born July 14, 1942) is the nonexecutive chairman of Los Angeles based KB Homes[1] and a member of the board of directors of Time Warner. He is also a director of Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc., Macy’s, Inc., and the Los Angeles World Affairs Council.[2] Previously he was the Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hilton Hotels Corporation from February 1996 until 2007. Bollenbach graduated from the California State University, Northridge. Prior to joining Hilton he had been the chief financial officer for the Walt Disney Company.

Bollenbach resides in the East Gate Bel Air section of Los Angeles, California.
